Metroshia Productions has been making short films since 1998. As of 2018 they have created over 100 short films and 4 feature films including Snow Shark: Ancient Snow Beast and The Legend of Six Fingers which were released on DVD and digital streaming through POP Cinema.

​SAM QUALIANA 

Sam has worked on more than a dozen features as well as recieved recognition for some of his films in the festival circuit.
Sam’s directorial feature debut was with Snow Shark: Ancient Snow Beast. The film has received distribution and was released February 2013. He was the Winner of the Filmmaker to Watch award at the Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival 2010. Also won an award for best WNY Horror Short the following year for his film SOMETHING AFTER MIDNIGHT, which he wrote, directed, edited and acted in as well. The film was also screened at Rock and Shock Film Festival in Worcester, MA.
Sam also stars in PORKCHOP II: Rise of the Rind and PORKCHOP 3D by Razor Sharp Studios. In 2012 he worked as 2nd Assistant Director on Model Hunger, days after wrapping production he started as 1st Assistant Director on Troma's Return to Nuke 'Em High. With only a week off after wrapping that production he went on to work again as 2nd Assistant Director on Wards Island, a werewolf film with an ensemble cast featuring Dennis Haysbert, Ernie Hudson, Ariana Richards, Bill Duke, Craig Sheffer, Wes Studi and Kate Vernon.

Since then he has worked on over 30 feature films in many capacities in front of and behind the camera.
